RQ Terms of Service

• Any use of this service for acquiring user information for the purpose of harassment, extortion, threats, or stalking are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent IP ban from the service.


• This service was designed for link tracking to determine user traffic, user geolocation and user devices. Any use of the information provided via this service, including the API, must be solely for traffic and user management.


• Complaints against any link for any reason will result in that link, and all of its associated data being purged permanently. This is not reversible and not up for debate.


• Whitelisted IP addresses will remain whitelisted for the life of the service unless that IP address becomes banned from accessing the website or API. Whitelist IPs will respond with "No Record" to link queries. This service is provided as a way for users to retain privacy without compromising the service itself.


• The service (API included) and its data are provided as is, and any modifications, misuse, or edits to the service or its data are solely the responsibility of the end user and RQ takes no responsibility for end user actions.


• By registering an account, the user acknowledges these terms and agrees to them. These terms are subject to change at any time.
